The standard delivery time is 1 to 2 business days. Made to order items and high volume orders will take longer.  You can contact our customer service team for specific lead times on non-standard items.

No, there is not a minimum order value.

For orders under $250, the flat rate shipping fee is $14.95. For orders over $250, the fee is $22.50.

Yes, you can order and/or share your wishlist only if you have an account for the Dynabrade online shop and if you are logged in.

You can register as a new customer with Dynabrade. After registration you can place an order immediately. Your personal access data will be sent to the e-mail address you provide.

You can request your password. Enter your Email and click on 'send request'. You will immediately receive an e-mail with a link and instructions to reset your password.

Yes, you can create multiple shipping addresses for your account.

You can manage your different addresses in the “My addresses” tab within your account.

Simply add a new address by clicking on the “Add a new address” option.

You have now to fill all the requested fields and save your address.

Tick the box “default” if you want to preselect this address for your future order.

In the “Address type” field, don’t forget to precise if this new address is a billing, a delivery address, or both. 

You can add as many addresses as needed, modify it or delete it. 

During the checkout process, you can also add a new delivery address during the checkout. 

Yes, you may register as a private person and we will assign you a Dynabrade customer number.

The safety information sheet for each chemical is available under the 'Documents' tab.

Dynabrade items can be returned within 30 days in “like new” condition.

Yes! Use the search bar at the top of the page to enter product SKUs, names, or keywords.

No, discontinued items are not listed. Please contact customer service if you're looking for a specific legacy product.

The wishlist feature is available to customers residing in countries not yet supported by our e-commerce platform, or for those who prefer not to purchase through the online shop module. Items added to the wishlist are shared with our Customer Service team, who will then provide you with a personalized offer for the selected products.

The shopping cart is the fast and convenient way to purchase Dynabrade products directly through our platform. Simply add your desired items and proceed to checkout for immediate online ordering.

Yes. If your country is not currently supported by our e-commerce platform, you can still request to purchase items using the wishlist feature. Simply add the desired products to your wishlist, and our Customer Service team will contact you with a personalized offer and assist you with your purchase. 

Once your order is paid and completed, your invoice will be available a few days after your purchase in your customer area.

Yes. After logging in, navigate to “My Account” > “Order History” to view or reorder past purchases.

Yes. Once your order ships, you will find the tracking number on your invoice (placed in your account).
